What exactly is a decant?

A decant is a measured portion of fragrance transferred from an original full bottle into a smaller vial or spray. The juice is identical — same formula, same concentration, same quality — just in a more accessible size. Think of it as a sample, but better: a proper, usable quantity that lets you wear and evaluate a fragrance over time.

Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Esteva only works with genuine, unaltered fragrances sourced from verified bottles. We do not sell imitations, clones, or inspired-by alternatives — ever. If you have any questions about the provenance of a specific fragrance, please reach out and we will be happy to provide details.

Do you sell full bottles as well as decants?

Yes — we offer both. Alongside our decants, we carry a selection of full bottles for those ready to commit to a fragrance they love. Whether you want to sample first or go straight to the full bottle, we have you covered.

What sizes do you offer?

For decants, we offer a range of sizes — from compact 2ml vials ideal for sampling, to 5ml and 10ml travel sprays for everyday use. We also stock full bottles in their original retail sizes. Available options vary by fragrance — check the individual product listing, or contact us if you’re looking for something specific.

How is my order packaged?

Every order is packed by hand with care. Decants are secured in bubble wrap and placed in a rigid outer box to prevent damage in transit. Full bottles are wrapped and cushioned to the same standard. We use pharmaceutical-grade atomisers and airtight vials to preserve fragrance integrity. Orders are discreetly branded — clean, minimal, and reflective of the Esteva standard.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location within Pakistan — most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking update once your order is on its way.

Do you ship across Pakistan?

Yes — we ship nationwide. Whether you’re in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or anywhere in between, we’ve got you covered.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Can I request a fragrance that isn’t listed?

We love a good challenge. If there’s a specific fragrance you’re looking for — whether a decant or a full bottle — reach out via our contact page and we’ll let you know if we can source it for you.

Why buy a decant instead of a full bottle?

A full bottle of a niche or designer fragrance can be a significant investment. A decant lets you experience the exact same fragrance at a fraction of the cost — ideal for:
